I don't know what system I have – what should I do?
You can usually find a type plate with the model name on your system. Unsure? Send us a photo of your system via the contact form — we will identify the model and tell you the suitable filter set within 2 hours.
How often should I change the filter?
We recommend cleaning filter sets every 4–6 weeks and completely replacing them 1–2 times per season. More frequently with intensive use or fine dirt.
What if the filter doesn't fit?
No problem. We will take back the filter free of charge or exchange it for the correct model within 30 days of receipt.
When will my filter set arrive?
Orders placed by 2:00 PM are usually shipped on the same business day. Delivery time within Germany 1–2 business days.
